Please read this policy carefully before booking or paying for any services.

No-Refund Policy for Completed or Initiated Services

Due to the digital, personalized, and intensive nature of resource allocation, curriculum creation, and direct expert hours involved in our L&D workshops and corporate consulting modules, all payments made to Youmanize are non-refundable. Once a service engagement is officially booked, onboarding materials are shared, or delivery begins, no refunds will be issued.

Milestone/Retainer Disputes

For long-term B2B corporate consulting projects governed by a milestone payment structure, fees paid for completed milestones or monthly retainer windows are non-refundable. If a client chooses to terminate an ongoing engagement midway, payments for work already executed or hours spent up to the point of cancellation will be retained by Youmanize.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event that Youmanize is forced to cancel or indefinitely postpone a scheduled training workshop or consulting engagement due to unforeseen internal constraints or force majeure events, a partial refund of the unutilized service fee will be processed back to the client's original payment source within 7-10 business days.
